General Safety Rules
AT FLY ZONE, YOUR SAFETY IS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY!
Please see the important rules below to ensure your safety and maximize your fun!
- Shoes are not allowed on the court; all jumpers must wear Fly Zone socks.
- Every jumper must have a signed waiver before participating.
- Participants under 16 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
- Children under 12 should never be left unattended.
- All participants must watch the Fly Zone Safety Video.
- Pockets should be emptied, and all accessories must be removed.
- Wear appropriate clothing at all times.
- Hair should be tied back or kept out of the way.
- No food or drinks are allowed on the trampolines.
- Children under 6 are not permitted on trampolines.
- Flips and tricks are dangerous and performed at your own risk.
- Only one person is allowed on a trampoline bed at a time.
- Two people on the same trampoline is strictly prohibited.
- Do not land on your head or neck.
- Always maintain control of your body when jumping.
- Stay in the center of the trampoline when jumping.
- Do not bounce off the trampoline net.
- Be aware of others around you; it is your responsibility to avoid collisions.
- Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol is not permitted in the park.
- Jumping is not allowed with existing injuries or health concerns.
- Do not touch, climb, lean, or hang on nets, fences, or safety pads.
- If you are tired or need a break, please exit the court.
- Rough behavior, such as tackling or wrestling, is prohibited.
- Always follow park rules and listen to the Court Monitor’s instructions.
WARNING
- IMPACT, FLIPPING, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS OR FATAL INJURIES, INCLUDING HEAD TRAUMA, PARALYSIS, FRACTURES, AND OTHER SIGNIFICANT INJURIES.
- DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY SKILL OR ACTIVITY BEYOND YOUR PERSONAL LIMITS, ABILITIES, OR EXPERIENCE LEVEL.
- TRAMPOLINE USE INVOLVES INHERENT RISKS.
- PARTICIPATE WITH EXTREME CAUTION AND AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- ACTIVITIES AND DODGEBALL GAMES MAY INCLUDE PARTICIPANTS OF VARYING SIZES, AGES, AND SKILL LEVELS.
DODGE BALL
- Fly Zone rubber grip socks must be worn. No shoes allowed.
- Empty your pockets, and remove all accessories.
- Wear appropriate clothing.
- Hair should be tied back or kept out of the way.
- No food or drink is allowed on the trampolines.
- Children aged 6 and under are not permitted on the trampolines.
- No headshots or kicking the ball is allowed.
- You are out if hit by a thrown ball.
- The Fly Zone Crew’s decision is final in refereeing Dodge Ball games.
- If you are out, leave the court immediately.
- You can deflect an incoming ball with one in your hands.
- Catching a ball thrown by an opponent before it touches the ground means they are out.
- Flips and other tricks can be dangerous. Perform at your own risk.
- Only one person per trampoline at a time.
- Do not bounce off the trampoline net.
- Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol is not permitted in the park.
- Jumping with existing injuries or health concerns is prohibited.
- Do not touch, climb, lean, or hang on nets, fences, or safety pads.
- If you’re tired and need rest, you must exit the court.
- No running, tackling, or horseplay of any kind.
- Follow all safety instructions from Fly Zone staff.
- Report any accidents to a staff member immediately.
FOAM PIT
- No shoes are allowed on the court; all jumpers must wear Fly Zone socks.
- Empty your pockets and remove all accessories before jumping.
- Wear appropriate clothing.
- Hair should be tied back or kept out of the way.
- No food or drinks are allowed on the trampolines.
- Children aged 6 and under are not permitted on the trampolines.
- Only one person per trampoline is allowed; two people on the same trampoline bed is strictly forbidden.
- Do not land on your head or neck.
- Stay away from the trampoline net; do not bounce off it.
- Wait until the landing area in the foam pit is clear before entering.
- Flips and other tricks can be dangerous—perform at your own risk.
- Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be granted access to the park.
- Jumping with existing injuries or health concerns is prohibited.
- Do not touch, climb, lean on, or hang from nets, fences, or safety pads.
- If you feel tired or need to rest, please exit the court.
- No running, tackling, or horseplay is allowed.
- Follow all safety instructions from Fly Zone staff.
- Report any accidents to a staff member immediately.
KIDS ZONE AREA
- Only children under 6 years old and below 120 cm in height are allowed.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult.
- No shoes or bare feet are permitted; Fly Zone socks must be worn by children at all times. Parents/guardians must also wear socks.
- Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play area.
- Long-sleeve tops and long trousers are recommended for play.
- Empty your pockets and remove all accessories before entering.
- Use the slides sitting down, feet first.
- Report any accidents to a staff member immediately.
- If you are feeling unwell, please do not enter the play area.
- Avoid wearing clothes with cords or ropes.
- No food, drinks, sweets, or chewing gum are allowed in the play area.
- Do not climb the slides or play in front of slide exits.
- Climbing on the netted walls or play structure is strictly forbidden.
- No bags, car seats, or strollers are allowed in the soft play area.
- Any behavior deemed inappropriate toward other users or staff will not be tolerated, and you may be asked to leave the play area.
- Follow all safety instructions as directed by Fly Zone staff.
NINJA WARRIOR
- No shoes allowed on the court; all jumpers must wear Fly Zone socks.
- Empty your pockets and remove all accessories before participating.
- Wear appropriate clothing.
- Hair should be tied back or kept out of the way.
- No food or drink is allowed on the trampolines.
- Only one person is allowed per obstacle at a time.
- Stay within your abilities; master basic skills before attempting more advanced obstacles.
- Perform at your own risk—obstacles can be dangerous.
- Be mindful of others around you, keeping at least an arm’s length distance from other participants.
- Do not participate if you have any existing injuries or health concerns.
- Do not touch, climb, lean, or hang on nets, fences, or safety pads.
- If you are tired and need a break, please exit the court.
- No running, tackling, or engaging in horseplay of any kind.
- Follow all safety instructions as directed by Fly Zone staff.
AIR BAG AREA
- No shoes are allowed on the court; all jumpers must wear Fly Zone socks.
- Empty your pockets and remove all accessories before participating.
- Glasses must be removed before using the airbag.
- Wear appropriate clothing.
- Hair should be tied back or secured out of the way.
- No food or drinks are allowed on the trampolines.
- Children aged 6 and under are not permitted on the trampolines or in the airbag area.
- Only one person is allowed per trampoline at a time; sharing a trampoline bed is strictly forbidden.
- Do not land on your head or neck.
- Do not bounce off the trampoline net.
- Backflips off trampolines or into the airbag are prohibited.
- Participants must clear the airbag immediately after completing their activity.
- Access to the park is prohibited for anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Do not jump if you have any existing injuries or health concerns.
- Do not touch, climb, lean, or hang on nets, fences, or safety pads.
- If you feel tired and need rest, please exit the court.
- No running, tackling, or engaging in horseplay of any kind.
- Follow all safety instructions provided by Fly Zone staff.
FREE STYLE AREA
- No shoes allowed on the court; all jumpers must wear Fly Zone socks.
- Empty your pockets and remove all accessories before jumping.
- Wear appropriate clothing.
- Hair should be tied back or secured out of the way.
- No food or drinks are allowed on the trampolines.
- Children aged 6 and under are not permitted on the trampolines.
- Flips and other tricks can be dangerous; perform at your own risk.
- Only one person is allowed per trampoline at a time; sharing a trampoline bed is strictly forbidden.
- Do not bounce off the trampoline net.
- Access to the park is prohibited for anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

VALO JUMP AREA
- No shoes allowed on the court; all jumpers must wear Fly Zone socks.
- Empty your pockets and remove all accessories before jumping.
- Wear appropriate clothing.
- Hair should be tied back or secured out of the way.
- No food or drinks are allowed on the trampolines.
- Children aged 6 and under are not permitted on the trampolines.
- Flips and other tricks can be dangerous; perform at your own risk.
- Only one person is allowed per trampoline at a time; sharing a trampoline bed is strictly forbidden.
- Do not land on your head or neck.
- Do not bounce off the trampoline net.
- Access to the park is prohibited for anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

- Avoid touching, climbing on, or leaning against TVs, nets, fencing, or safety pads.
- If you feel tired and need rest, please exit the court.

HP INTERACTIVE WALL
- No shoes are allowed on the court; all jumpers must wear Fly Zone socks.
- Empty your pockets and remove all accessories before jumping.
- Wear appropriate clothing.
- Hair must be tied back or secured out of the way.
- No food or drinks are allowed on the trampolines.
- Children aged 6 and under are not permitted on the trampolines.
- Flips and other tricks can be dangerous; perform at your own risk.
- Only one person per trampoline at a time; sharing a trampoline bed is strictly forbidden.
- Do not land on your head or neck.
- Do not bounce off the trampoline net.
- Ensure the trampoline bed is clear of other jumpers before jumping off The Wall.
- Stand on top of The Wall only when actively using one of The Wall trampolines.
- Do not climb or scramble up The Wall; if you cannot ‘run up,’ focus on developing your skills in other areas first.
- Access to the park is prohibited for anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Do not jump if you have existing injuries or health concerns.
- If you feel tired and need rest, please exit the court.
- No running, tackling, or engaging in horseplay of any kind.
- Follow all safety instructions as directed by Fly Zone staff.
BATTLE BEAM
- No shoes are allowed on the court; all jumpers must wear Fly Zone socks.
