Carefully read following terms and conditions before engaging in any activity at our premises as they can impact your legal rights. 

Website and domain https://flyzoone.com (Flyzoone.com) is under control and ownership of Fly Zone Sport and Leisure Equipment Rental and Trading LLC trough which we sell our products, events and tickets in our trampoline park.

GENERAL

By purchasing ticket from Fly Zone Trampoline Park you and your dependents agree to terms and conditions mentioned. In case of purchasing ticket for another person you are obligated to sign waiver form and be authorized guardian of that person. You acknowledge and agree that you will ensure that all members of your party are aware and they accept terms and conditions of Fly Zone. Fly Zone Sport and Leisure Equipment Rental and Trading LLC is registered under license number 709688 and we offer sports and recreational facility with activities including has trampolines, dodge ball, foam pits, climbing walls, air bag, Valo jump, kids zone area, & ninja warrior and other equipment. All visitors of Fly Zone Trampoline Park and their dependents are voluntarily participating in the activities offered by Fly Zone including, but not limited to, the use of the equipment, facilities, and the premises. Using Fly Zone’s facility and equipment have inherent risks, which include the risk for serious physical injury and potentially death. In spite of the risks mentioned above, every visitor freely participate and as such, assume all of the risk and responsibility for the injury, death or disability that may result to them or their dependents when purchasing a ticket.

SAFETY

You agree that you and/or your dependents are voluntarily participating in the activities offered by FLY ZONE including, but not limited to, the use of the equipment, facilities, and the premises. You assume on behalf of yourself and/or your dependents, all risk of personal injury, disability and potential death that may result from participation, as well as any damage, loss or theft of any personal property which may incur to you and/or dependents. I understand that the FLY ZONE facility has trampolines, dodge ball, foam pits, climbing walls, air bag, Valo jump, kid’s zone area, & ninja warrior and other equipment and that using Fly Zone’s facility and equipment have inherent risks, which include the risk for serious physical injury and potentially death. Further, you explain these risks to your dependents. In spite of the risks mentioned above, you freely participate and as such, you assume all of the risk and responsibility for the injury, death or disability that may result to you or dependents when purchasing a ticket.

You are aware that it is advisable to consult a doctor or physician before undertaking any physical activity. You warrantee that you and/or your dependents do not suffer from any medical condition, and/or incapacity which may impair you and/or your dependent’s ability to use and participate in the activities and services and further, that you and/or your dependents do not suffer from any heart condition, epilepsy, allergies, skeletal conditions, spinal, history of sport injury or any other medical condition such as pregnancy which may result in us placing ourselves in a position of risk by participating in the activities/services. You are aware that pregnant individuals are not permitted to take part in any of the activities at Fly Zone. You also agree that you are responsible for any and all medical costs, including, but not limited to ambulance, hospital, pharmacy, physiotherapy, psychological, rehabilitation.

You understand that you and/or your dependent will be engaging in recreational sporting activities while using FLY ZONE facilities. It is your voluntary and informed decision to, on behalf of yourself and dependents and our personal representatives, successors, heirs, forever release any liability, lawsuits or claims that we may have against FLY ZONE, its employees, directors, owners and its subsidiaries and affiliates (the Releases), to the fullest extent allowed by law, arising out of any damage, loss, personal injury, or death to me or my dependent’s, while participating in any of the activities offered at the FLY ZONE facility. This includes, without limitation, use of Trampolines, dodge ball, climbing walls, kids zone area, Valo jump & obstacle course, receiving instruction, strenuous bodily movement, and any other activities in and around the FLY ZONE facility. This release is valid and effective whether damage, loss, or death is the result of any act or omission on the part of any Releases or from any other cause. Therefore, you agree to hold the Releases, as well as the property owner, manufacturers and installers of the equipment harmless from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of you and/or your dependent’s participation at the facility, including breach of contract or any such claims for negligence. Fly Zone staff is not responsible for supervising your children irrespective of their age. All participants have to act responsibly at all times and respect other visitors of Fly Zone. All jumpers and participants must wear appropriate clothes and wear socks provided by Fly Zone when jumping and performing physical activities on the playground. Visitors, who are bare footed or wearing unapproved socks, high – heels, flip – flops or any other unsuitable footwear, will not be allowed to enter the playground and will be escorted from play area by Fly Zone staff. Any decision by Fly Zone staff is final.

CLOTHES

Respectful and appropriate clothing is responsibility of all visitors of Fly Zone and is advised to wear clothes that is appropriate for the activity and it is not minded by visitors to get damaged. Long hair must be tied back, hair clips can be used only if they are not sharp, pins and jewellery, such as earrings, wrist watch, bracelets, necklace etc. are prohibited to wear due to safety reasons. Fly Zone is not responsible of any damage or loss of personal items.

BOOKING

With Terms and Conditions you acknowledge and agree to the inclusive School and College Terms and Conditions and Party Terms and Conditions. All party and other events guests need to fill in and sign a waiver form online prior to the party day. Completed waiver form is mandatory for all minors by a parent or legal guardian before entering the park. Deposit is non – refundable as per the terms and conditions of the particular event type. Each party will be allocated a party slot. Party slots follow very strict time restrictions and any lateness will result in lost time from your party. Please ensure that your party guests arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the time of your booking as we are unable to add extra time to the end of your party slot. Food and drink is strictly prohibited on the playground. Any Food and beverage from outside is not allowed with exception of baby food or infant milk and you will be asked to leave in case of violating these terms. Drugs, consumption of alcohol, smoking and chewing gums are strictly prohibited on Fly Zone premises.

LIABILITY

Any loss or damage is not responsibility of Fly Zone. Personal items and property is responsibility of the visitors and not Fly Zone Trampoline Park. The costs that may occur to protect your welfare or the welfare of any of your dependents in the incident of personal injury, including any emergency medical treatment and ambulance transportation is bearable by you (visitor) and not Fly Zone Trampoline Park. You permit Fly Zone to take any action in order to protect your and your dependents welfare and safekeeping. With agreeing to these Term and Conditions you agree that you will not take any legal actions against Fly Zone Sport and Equipment Leisure Rental and Trading LLC.

OTHER

These Terms and Condition include our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree to use any photo or video material taken on the Fly Zone premises for security and/or marketing purposes, which can include image of yourself and your dependents including minors. You acknowledge and agree that the photographs and video material can be shown on social media platforms and use of those material is not intend to insult, defame or slander any person. Fly Zone reserves the right to suspend or cancel your participations in any of its activities for reckless or careless conduct or for non – compliance with Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Any intentional damage and misuse of property and equipment of Fly Zone caused by you or your dependents will be charged to the person responsible for booking of the violator’s guardian. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE.
