Payment received online or at site are NON – TRANSFERABLE and NON – REFUNDABLE unless for exceptional circumstances which will be discussed and approved by management team of Fly Zone. In case of refund bank charges will be applicable and bearable from customer.

Fly Zone shall be entitled and reserves the right to re – sell and cancel any time slot booked if the customer does not arrive within 15 minutes of the designated start time and date. To avoid doubt, any late comers or no shows will forfeit the full ticket price of their booking.

Wrist Watches are valid only for the date and time purchased. The Wrist Watches are the property os Fly Zone at all times and are not transferable or re – sellable. Any misuse or tamper of Wrist Watches will result with immediate cancellation of the booking and fine of 200AED.

Fly Zone shall be entitled and reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time following to use it’s reasonable endeavors to inform you as soon as possible. You might be entitled to a full refund in case of cancellation under this clause. No other compensation should be applicable and payable.

If Fly Zone needs to close the activities and entertainment due to reasons above the control and circumstances of Fly Zone where your event has about to take place, you shall not be entitled to any partial or full refund. In such case, Fly Zone may, but is not obligated to, offer substitutional dates and times under reduced rates.

50 % deposit for Party Booking once payed is non – refundable. The balance payment needs to be payed within 3 days prior to the event day otherwise the booking deposit will be forfeit and your booking will be cancelled and become available for other customers to book. To reschedule the party, customer needs to inform Fly Zone team 3 days prior to the event date. Fly Zone can, but is not obligated to, offer alternative dates and times.
